and family of conference attendees who will be attending the Associate Cocktail Reception, Breakfast, and/or Dinner. Guests do not attend the presentations or breakout sessions.
**Non-Member Attendee Tickets are for conference attendees who are a part of the insulation industry who are non-members of ESICA / CSIA. Non-Member Attendees typically attend the presentations and breakout sessions as well as the
Associate Cocktail Reception, Breakfast, and/or Dinner.

KEYNOTE PRESENTATION: The Sensei LEader Jim Bouchard
Jim Bouchard is an internationally recognized speaker, Leadership Activist, and founder of The SENSEI LEADER Movement ™. He provides interactive keynotes and leadership programs for corporate and conference audiences around the world. Jim is a seasoned
media guest, and appears regularly on TV and radio, including such programs as BBC Worldview and FOX News. He hosts Walking The Walk, a leadership podcast highlighting compassionate, engaged leaders from all areas of business, diverse cultures and
experiences.
He is a 2004 inductee to the U.S. Martial Arts Hall of Fame and was twice featured in "Inside Kung Fu"magazine. Jim is a volunteer mentor for incarcerated youth, an obsessive golfer and surf guitar player. In 2016 Jim was nominated to run for Congress.
NEXT GENERATION PANEL DISCUSSION
After the great success of our inaugural Next Generation Meeting at ESICA's Spring 2022 Conference, our Fall 2022 Conference will again feature a Next Generation Discussion! This session is ideal for on key employees within member companies who will be
taking on leadership roles within the company! Join other potential new leaders hone in on their existing leadership abilities and provide them with takeaways to bring back to their companies.
This meeting is imperative for everyone, from
up-and-coming industry professionals to more experienced industry professionals looking to involve their newer employees in the association and their business. With this meeting, we hope to inspire the upcoming generations who are key employees of
their organizations to experience the value of being a part of ESICA and CSIA.

Come experience what Southern hospitality is all about during the Savannah Riverboat Cruise luncheon cruise! Get ready to relax and feast on a delicious southern style buffet all while cruising along the Savannah River and listening
to the Captain’s intriguing tales and historic facts.
Please gather in the hotel lobby at 11:45 AM after the presentation. We will depart from hotel and walk to the boat at 12 PM. We will board the boat at 12:15 PM and set sail at 1 PM. The buffet is open from 12:45-2 PM, and
the open bar is available from the time we board until we return. We will and return to the dock at 2:30 PM. Limited seats available- sign up today!

Golf Tournament at Southbridge Savannah Golf Club (lunch and transportation included)
$175 per person
Conveniently located just outside Savannah, Georgia’s, historic district, Southbridge is a Savannah jewel – a treat for both the eye and the golf game. Forgiving fairways, large undulating greens, strategically placed water and contoured
fairways winding through beautiful stands of stately live oak trees and Georgia pines provides golfers of all skill levels an enjoyable golf experience.
Boxed lunches are available for golfers upon arrival. A limited number of Strata Clubs Sets are available to rent at $50 per set payable to Savannah Southbridge. Green balls are also available via Savannah Southbridge. Please note
if you need a set of clubs and whether you need a right or left handed set upon registration.
Please gather in the hotel lobby at 11:45 AM after the presentation. We will depart from hotel at 12 PM. We will arrive
at the course at approximately 12:20 PM, and tee off at 1 PM. We will leave the course at approximately 4:40 PM. Please note whether you need transportation upon registration. Limited spots available- sign up today!
